  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  The Flag Company believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the shipping is not yet made for the order. The customer may, however, track the status of the order online.

• Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Products/Services

  Certain Products/Services are non-returnable and non-refundable. Such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund/return policy.

  The Flag Company has partnered with a leading logistics provider in India to ensure that all our products reach you in the best condition with minimal damage. We use high-quality packaging materials from reliable vendors and conduct thorough testing before shipping.

  The Flag Company is not liable for any delay in delivery by the logistics partner and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery should be completed within 7–10 business days.

  • The Flag Company is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit.
  • All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
